Here's a few that crossed my player: By the way, just so you know where I'm coming from, here are a couple of my all time fav's: The Dickies, Stiff Little Fingers, Social Unrest, Adolescents, China White, The Ruts, Drones, Zero Boys, Rezillos, Descendents, and Devo to name just a FEW....
Abrasive Wheels lp "When the Punks Go Marching In" You know how some records can stand the test of time while others leave you thinking, "why did I ever like that crap?". Well, "When the Punks Go Marching In" (1982) is STILL a GREAT release! Brings back a lot of good memories of high school and going to gigs with friends. But even if it weren't for the good memories this record was, is and will always be a must have punk rock classic. 9 outta 10 syringes!
Comes lp "No Side" I've only "heard" of this old Japanese band. With this new bootleg repress I can finally "hear" them. Pretty cool stuff. At first my thought went to Discharge but not for too long. I'm sure Discharge had an influence on them (and MANY others) but this is unique and very cool punk rock in that early 80's U.K. vein. Worth getting while you can. Only 500 made!
v/a "Nardcore" At lkong last an official repress of this truly classic comp. This time on white wax, only 500 made and with free cd of four different Mystic 7"s. Doug Moody is 83 years YOUNG. Keep it up buddy! This is a must!

Dicks lp "Kill From the Heart" I have to admit, unlike most everyone out there, I am not the biggest fan of The Dicks. I remember seeing them at Perkins Palace in the early 80's and having about half the crowd like them while the other half booed them off the stage. I was one that was booing... After listening to this recent repress/boot if I saw them now I wouldn't boo them but I wouldn't really like them either. Just sounds like generic "cow-punk". Not bad but so far from good... Sorry kids! 3 outta 10 syringes.
Eyes 10"ep., Fuck yeah! One of my favorite Dangerhouse bands! This also includes a couple unreleased songs recorded in '79 at the same Dangerhouse sessions. This is ltd to 500, clear wax and is already OUT OF PRINT!! This is an official release so get this ASAP people. For fans of '77 L.A. punk rock ie: The Dickies, Skulls, Weirdos, Bags etc... 9 outta 10 sysringes!
Government Issue lp "Joyride" TEST press! Only 30 made of this excellent repress coming out on Dr. Strange Records. This is a classic release (hell, YOU know that) and needs to bought at least three times by each of you. Okay, I know, I'm biased. But in all honesty this is a classic punk/hardcore record that sounds just as good as it did today as it did more than 20 years ago. The test pressings WILL go fast, have a unique cover (thanks Chachi!) and keep in mind we onlt have a handfull. ONLY sold here.
The Stupids lp "The Kids Don't Like It". Did I review this one last time? In any case, great NEW release from this mid 80's U.K .but U.S. hardcore influenced punk band. Excellent recording, great musicianship and powerful songs make this a must have! One of their best releases yet.

The Tank Cdep., "We Were Lost" Brand new material from my buddies the Tank. Excellent pop punk well played (hey these guys are good!) and a killer cover of one of one of my favorite Police songs. If you liked their last release "Remodel" you'll love this one.

TSOL lp pic disc At first listen I would have sworn this was recorded in '77 to '79. It has such an "old" sound to it. I mean that in a good way. Sounded more like The Crowd or The Eyes than TSOL. I really liked this one and the direction they are (hopefully) headed. Good job! 8 outta 10 sysringes!
